Nokia N97 was officially launched today (Saturday, 27th June 09) here in Lahore.

The sleek and stylish beauty aimed at high-end category was unveiled at 'Royal Palm' with a high price tag of Rs. 58,000.
However, this device has been also known to be sold for Rs.100,000+ ($1200) in past few days, and finally price has dropped officially to Rs.58,000 ($720) at least for the moment.

The handset having a 5 Megapixels camera, Wi-Fi, Digital Compass, FM Radio, Touch OS Symbian 9.4 and best of all the device as an outstanding Audio Quality.

Though Nokia N97's features are not up to date but it does score good points at whatever it is capable of. Image quality, Sound Quality, Touch Sensitivity improvements, pre-installed applications all are at positive side.

At weak end, some of camera features have been outdated, limited 3rd Edition applications (as you know every device needs to be hacked before installing apps), still touch OS needs a lot of improvements to get it more handy.

Overall for price if not excellent, Nokia N97 could be rated as a      'Good Deal' .
